The City of Menifee is excited to announce Savage Chef Bar and Grill is joining Mercato Del Sol Plaza off of Antelope and Newport Roads in Menifee. Savage Chef Bar and Grill offers a unique healthy sit-down restaurant and meal prep concept eatery.
Savage Chef & Co. Executive Chef, Dylan Soro, developed this healthy and exciting restaurant concept. This new eatery will offer both highly nutritional and high-quality meals (in both traditional and vegan options) with the Chef Soro twist, as well as “cheat meals” that will be a culinary explosion. Perfect for the foodie and health-conscious alike, meals are aimed to appeal to everyone. Whether you are working to meet specific health goals or looking for a distinctive dining experience unlike anything Menifee has seen, Savage Chef Bar and Grill will have something for you.
The name Savage comes from Chef Dylan’s undying determination to succeed through adversity and his ability to execute and tweak recipes that provide an experience that exceeds expectations. The Savage Chef attributes his success and creative love for food to his culinary journey that started when he was nine years old. His dad handed him a sauté pan, and he began learning how to cook alongside him. It was there that his true passion for the culinary arts blossomed. Fast forward, Dylan, a graduate from the Culinary Arts Institute of America, has since opened a Mediterranean-fusion restaurant with his family (Soro’s Grill in Old Town Temecula).
Before opening Soro’s Grill, Dylan collaborated alongside celebrity Las Vegas chefs including, Spago-Wolfgang Puck, Chris Santos (executive chef at Tao and celebrity chef judge on the Food Network), and Brian Malarkey (one of the most sought after chefs in America). Now assisting with Soro’s Mediterranean Grill and running his booming family meal prep business Savage Chef & Co., Dylan is bringing Menifee an exciting new restaurant with his new venture, Savage Chef Bar and Grill. “Savage Chef Bar & Grill is a whole new beast, with a unique twist to the healthy food component,” said Chef Dylan Sorro. “Menifee is perfect for this concept. It will be unique and not seen anywhere else.” The restaurant is set to open this winter at Mercato Del Sol Plaza.
