MENIFEE UPDATE

The City of Menifee (i.e. George Wentz and his city staff of Julie Woodruff and Robert Johnson) will be launching a number of new and exciting projects in the first quarter 2010.

Here is a short list:

New Homebuyer's Stimulus Program

This nifty idea is just how it sounds - to stimulate potential homebuyers to buy a newly built home in Menifee.

The City is offering a new Menifee homebuyer a $500 Visa Gift Card designed as an incentive to "Buy Menifee" and to help stimulate local businesses. Homebuyers not only receive this $500 Gift Card, they also receive added discounts sponsored by Louie's Nursery (20%) , SoCal Mulch (15%), Super Target (15%) and Kohl's (15%).

Official City Newsletter

The City of Menifee is launching their first edition of the "Menifee Sun" Newsletter this March.

The Menifee Sun Newsletter will be a full-color, glossy publication direct mailed to Menifee residents and available at selected locations in Menifee.

An e-newsletter version of the Menifee Sun will also be available online.

The "Shop Menifee First" campaign is designed to educate local residents of the importance in shopping local businesses.
